Developing skills and knowledge

To develop the required skills and knowledge, we include:

  • Bespoke content: To meet skills and knowledge gaps identified by initial meetings or a training needs analysis - Leadership, key account management, coaching, negotiation, conflict handling, etc.
  • Mandatory client specifications: Preferred sales models or specific graduate intake content, for instance.
