We see a psychometric tool above all others in its ability to develop people
We think that ‘putting people in boxes’ limits their vision. We also see little benefit in measuring personality that is relatively fixed and cannot be changed. Instead, we prefer to measure what is changeable and developable.
We use psychometrics that raise awareness of the attitudes that hold a person back from being truly effective. We are not at all interested in any kind of scoring system - only in a platform for genuine development.
