We see that traditional executive coaching has limitations
Most effective coaching takes place at an attitudinal or belief level - attitudes and beliefs fundamentally affect a person’s ability to self-manage, manage relationships and fully employ knowledge and IQ. The effective integration of these resources is essential for resolving business issues.
Traditional coaching relies heavily on the self-awareness of the client to influence the agenda. If the client is not consciously aware of what is stopping them from being effective, it can take more time and investment to identify the blocks and coach around them. This approach can also leave performance issues unidentified.
Therefore, our preference is to use diagnostic tools to raise awareness of what is preventing people reaching their true potential.
